Terms of service
These terms apply to the ShipWoven service provided by Acto AI. Last updated 2026-10-02. A signed agreement with your company takes precedence over them.
The service
ShipWoven is a web application for running product teams: reports, roadmap, Jira synchronisation, issues, points, people and resources. We provide it as described on this website and in the agreement with your company, and we improve it continuously.
Accounts
A company's super admin creates the workspace and invites people. Each person is responsible for their password and recovery kit. Because the vault is zero-knowledge, we cannot recover encrypted content for someone who loses both.
Your data
Your company owns the data in its workspace. You can export reports and finance at any time, and ask for a full export when the agreement ends. We delete a workspace after the agreement ends, following the period agreed with your company.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for your company's work. Do not attempt to access another workspace, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure, or use it to store content that is illegal where you or we operate.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided as agreed in your plan. We are not liable for indirect losses; our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms with notice; continued use after the notice means acceptance. Either side may end the agreement as it provides. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will say why.
